Want people to know at a glance that you are muted? Feel that perhaps maybe the icon for using Earmuff mode is just far too small on the nameplate? Well now's your chance to display that, loud and proud, with some floating icons that know when you're muted/using earmuff mode! At a glance, people can finally see that you simply are not chatting OR can't hear beyond a certain point due to earmuff mode!

This set of prefabs ALSO supports BOTH Quest AND PC, by modelling out the icons, facing both front and back, in a low poly style which keeps them visible from both directions when "Back-face Culling" is enabled! (This is not toggleable on Quest Shaders!) If that is far too much jargon, lets say it uses a just a few triangles to make it so you can see both icons, front and back, no issue!

Includes 2 materials, each for PC/Quest and some alternate masks for Emissions, if you don't like the style I've gone with! I've also tried to make the Quest one as interesting as the PC by including some fake "vertex glitching" in the form of Blendshape animations!

Floating idles? Vertex glitches? You've stepped into the future.... as defined by me, anyway!

QUICK INSTALLATION

Using VRCFury, it is very easy to install; simply place it on your avatar hierarchy, position it so the origin is in your head and VRCFury will incorporate it when you upload! Features an all encompassing toggle on/off for when you don't really need people to know these things!

Requirements:

• Poiyomi Toon (Use the latest one!)
• VRCFury (I recommend the VCC version!)
• An avatar to place it on!

UPDATES

• 1.1 - Fixed VRCFury setup so that Icons Toggle is saved between worlds/avatar loads
• 1.2 - Added Menu Icon to VRCFury setup so that the automatic toggle button isn't just an A-Posing stick man in your menu! This should be the last update to this, as I was not aware of the Menu Icon Override VRCFury Script when I put it together!
